Kristine & Rajit came to us wanting a sophisticated and modern wedding. With their ceremony and reception taking place at the Gardiner Museum which boasts straight lines, natural woods and steel as their architectural elements we wanted to make sure that the floral and decor designs matched the space.
Staying with a teal, sage, ivory and brown colour palette, we used flowers that had structural elements such as calla lilies and orchids. We used 8ft Manzanita trees adorned with hanging crystals, green orchids and strings of flower petals to frame the bride and groom against the floor to ceiling windows. The centerpieces were modern long and low designs using tropical leaves, callas and orchids placed on top of teal linens on long harvest tables.
