Shelley Da Silva With over eight years of experience, Shelley Da Silva has planned events of all sizes, ranging from intimate events to lavish celebrations with over 500 guests. Shelley possesses a diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services with a specialization in Special Events from Humber College, Events and Meeting Management diploma from George Brown College and is a certified Wedding Coordinator with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. With years of event planning experience under her belt, a creative eye and thirst for design, Shelley also completed her certification and has become a Floral and Décor Designer. Understanding that knowledge is power Shelley continually attends courses, conferences and workshops to learn the newest trends and techniques. Shelley began her career in the events industry as a consultant in a local floral boutique. She then moved on to creating community events within the City of Toronto, Parks and Recreation and Election Services departments. Moving from community events Shelley moved into a Special Events Coordinator position for a reputable resort in the Muskoka area. In this position she planned many weddings, conferences, retreats and recreational events. Moving back to the city, Shelley quickly obtained an event coordinator position within a reputable hotel. Shelley has also volunteered her time to many charities by helping plan and create many successful fundraising events. With so many years of event planning experience, it was only natural Shelley decided to create Wedding Wows. After three years of operation Shelley has built a company that started as a solely planning firm and now expanded into providing many other services such as flowers, décor, and limos. With the need to expand further, Shelly Da Silva and the owner of One of a Kind Weddings & Events, Sonia Gonzalez, decided to merge together and create Creative Style Event Design Inc. |

Sonia Gonzalez With over seven years of experience in the bridal industry, ranging from wedding photography right down to bridal apparel, you can be confident that Sonia Gonzalez has the expertise, creativity, and resources to help you plan your special event. After graduating from Humber with a diploma in Creative Photography, Sonia jumped into the industry as a freelance wedding photographer. After a few years of documenting weddings, Sonia moved on to serving as a Sales Consultant for a reputable DJ company. Feeling the need to become more involved with brides, Sonia then moved on to become a consultant in a bridal salon. With an extreme ability to learn, she quickly moved into a management position within the Canadian head office for a large bridal wear manufacturer. Within her management position, her main duty was to create exciting events for all her national buyers and sales reps, this began her thirst for the event industry. Sonia quickly obtained a Certificate in Event Management from Humber College and Certification in Wedding Coordination through The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. One of a Kind Weddings & Events was then born. With a great attention to detail and the ability to orchestrate any wedding or event to the clients taste, enabled Sonia’s company to rise quickly. During this time Sonia met Shelley Da Silva and an instant bond was created. After three successful years Sonia and Shelley decided to join forces and create Creative Style Event Design Inc.. |

Shalini Misir, WPICC Shalini has been a lead coordinator with Wedding Wows and One of a Kind Weddings for the past year, creating each event with professionalism, vigour and enthusiasm. Shalini got into the event coordination industry by organizing a variety of events from graduation celebrations to charity galas for the past few years. Her first experience with coordinating weddings was by planning her very own, two-day Indian affair. Shalini has acquired her Certification through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada as well as in Event Management at Humber College. Shalini takes great pride in helping couples plan their special day, and with her attention to detail and work ethic she will ensure that it will be a smooth and memorable one. |

Kerry Da Silva Kerry is a certified floral designer through the Canadian Institute of Flower Design and has been designing flowers professionally for four years. Kerry has designed floral arrangements for every type of event, and specializes in wedding bouquets and arrangements. With an eye for design, Kerry can also execute a beautiful custom décor layout for your ceremony and reception needs. Kerry also continually takes courses on anything floral and décor related, from european floral trends to home décor staging. Working with you, Kerry can help you make informed decisions about your floral and décor needs to bring your vision to life. |

Stella Lakoseljac In 1997 Stella Lakoseljac found her passion for make-up artistry working as the retail manager for Clinique Cosmetics. For the last seven years Stella has focused on the freelancing sector of Make-Artistry. With over 10 years of experience in make-up artistry, working with some of the leading cosmetic brands like Esteé Lauder, Lancôme, Christian Dior, Elizabeth Arden and currently MAC and Bobbi Brown. Also, with an educational background in the Interior and Architectural Designing Industry, Stella's concepts of creating and innovating allow her to express her inner vision and enhance each canvas with their individual beauty. |

Shanna Thornhill Shanna Thornhill is a licensed cosmetologist who studied her trade in Charlotte, North Carolina at the reputable Dudley Beauty College. After her studies in The United States, she returned to Canada to pursue her passion. Shanna was immediately employed at Honey Comb Hair Salon where she serviced clients with various hair types and textures while performing a number of hair care services. Shanna attributes her success to her emphasis on hair care, hairstyling, innovative cutting techniques and skills with contemporary make up art. With hair care at the top of the list, styling is always perfected to capture your hair’s natural beauty and radiance. |

Andrea Theodoropoulos Andrea Theodoropoulos has worked herself into an accomplished makeup artist with over seven years of experience. She studied aesthetics and makeup artistry at Gina’s College of Advanced Esthetics and furthered her education by receiving a certificate in Advanced Makeup Artistry in Las Vegas, Nevada by one of the top makeup artists in Italy. Out of school, she opened her own business performing full aesthetic services and also found time to work as a makeup instructor at one of the top leading aesthetics schools in Canada. She has actively been involved in such events as runway shows, photo shoots and of course, weddings using her creativity based on up to date makeup trends. |
